However, if you are not fully satisfied with your investment, you are entitled to request a full refund—no questions asked.
Before submitting your refund request, please ensure you have given the product sufficient time to work. We generally recommend using ProDentim consistently for at least 3 months before forming a final conclusion, as individual results may vary.

Step-by-Step Refund Guideline
Step 1: Verify the 60-Day Window
Confirm that you are still within the 60-day money-back period, starting from the day your order was delivered.
You can verify the delivery date by checking the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Step 2: Email Our Support Team

Include “Refund Request” in the subject line to ensure priority handling
Provide your name and order details (if available)
Step 3: Return All Bottles
Return all bottles to the address below—whether they are empty, opened, or unopened. This includes any bottles from multi-bottle packages.

You must return all bottles and your Packing Slip to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping costs are not covered by ProDentim.
Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed promptly.

After your return package arrives at our facility, we will process your refund within a few business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
